Cavoodles come in two types of coats. The feathered which takes after more of the Cavalier or the Curly Coat which takes after more of the Poodle.

Feathered Coat Cavoodles:

The Feathered coats have very little maintenance, a quick 5 min brush once a week is all that is usually required.

Feathered coats sometimes do shed a little and may not be suitable for people with asthma or allergies.

Our feathered coats come in a very rich orange/gold and maintain their colour unlike a curly coat red Cavoodle.

When the red curly coat is clipped regularly their colour lightens. Below are some examples of the feathered coats we produce.

Curly Coated Cavoodles:

The Curly coats generally do not shed at all and are ideal for people who suffer asthma or have allergies. The Curly coat does require clipping about every 6-7 weeks and

every 2-3 weeks you will need to clip around their eyes and their bottom. When you pick your puppy up from us we are happy to demonstrate on how to do this.

When shampooing you may need to use a puppy conditioner to keep their coat soft and curly.
